Men’s Breakfast

This Saturday, January 14 at 8:30 a.m. we encourage all men of FPC to come to the first men’s breakfast of 2012 held in the fellowship hall (bring a neighbor or coworker with you!). After feasting on a big breakfast, Kent Kusel will share with us on the topic of faith in the workplace. Men, come and be fed!!

Sunday’s Coming!

What are you going to do about it? There are lots of options. Take some time to read Pastor Derek’s passage (James 1:19-27). Sing a song or two. Review some favorite hymn. Pray for God to send the right people to our church on Sunday: hurt, broken, scared people. Ask God to use you in someone’s life at worship this week. Speaking of worship: are you ready? Pray that God fill you with his love and make you a blessing for others. Pray for the person who will sit beside you. And pray for others who will be at worship. Let’s try to make it easier for them by being seated quietly in a pew before the service begins. Don’t be a recipient of grace only; be a giver of grace to others. May God give you a joy filled, gracious Sunday! See you then.
